Hi WL members. These poems aren't webkinz related but, I DO LOVE WEBKINZ.

Summer
The sun shines all day,
So we can swim and play,
The sun helps gardens grow,
Didn't you know?
You can eat icecream and watermelon at picnics and parks,
You can watch the stars shine when it gets really dark!
You can put on some sunscreen and get a good tan,
Pack for the beach and head off in the van!
Go camping with family or fish in the lake,
Take lots of pictures for a keepsake!
Laugh and joke around the fire,
Remember your trips and every flat tire.
Charish the weather before school starts,
Because soon you have to go shopping for supplies at WALMART!

A Friend
A friend is like a flower,
a rose to be exact,
Or maybe like a brand new gate
that never comes unlatched.
A friend is like an owl,
both beautiful and wise.
Or perhaps a friend is like a ghost,
whose spirit never dies.
A friend is like a heart that goes
strong until the end.
Where would we be in this world
if we didn't have a friend.

Smile
A smile is like a good day where you meet someone new,
A smile is like a young child who learnt to tie his shoe!
A smile you put on even when its hard,
A smile is on your face when your friend makes you a Get Well card!
You smile when your happy, excited or glad,
You definitely don't smile after you've been bad.
Wear a smile everyday to show how happy you are,
Sing, dance and play it smile like a star!
